SM RYKI has been established in 1926. The company specializes in production of maturing cheese and dried whey. Due to many years of experience and traditional approach combined with modern technology SM Ryki is now considered one of the best Polish manufacturers of maturing cheese. In the production process SM Ryki uses high quality milk from ecologically clean areas.
SM Ryki has developed several kinds of cheese among which the greatest acclaim has been won by RYCKI EDAM (Swiss & Dutch type), RAMZES (first in Poland smoked cheese with big round or oval eyeholes), Zamojski wędzony, Cymes (with herbal seasoning), low fat cheese – HIT Z RYK (Hit from Ryki) and first low fat smoked cheese – JOWISZ (natural smoking). In 2004 SM Ryki has introduced new types of cheese of unique taste: CEZAR - the Gruyere type, Saturn, Jowisz and Mars (smoked).
SM Ryki products have won numerous awards and distinctions, including the Prime Minister\'s and Minister of Agriculture\'s Cup and the Polagra Fair gold medal.
