The Gdansk Medical University (GUMed) is the largest medical university in northern Poland. It educates over 6000 students, Ph.D. students and auditor postgraduate students. Among them are nearly 700 foreign students. This constitutes 10% of all students of the university. The international character of the university gives a great opportunity to meet people from all over the world and get to know diverse cultures.
